About Lorraine

Lorraine Linton has served as the Worship Minister for the past 22 years at her home church in Toronto, Ontario.  She has been singing in her local church choir since the age of 6, and has been writing songs since she was eight years old.

A Singer, Worship Leader and Speaker, she is most notably admired for spearheading the music that speaks to the heart of a worshipper.   Recently, she compiled a collection of worship music for her debut album

"I Will Ever Sing..." © 2012.

FAITH. LOVE. POWER

These are just a few themes that Lorraine desires to communicate. Through her songs and leadership in the community she has a desire for people to know the Lord - The Giver of real life. Her passion is to bring God’s people into His presence so that they may experience a greater understanding of the power of Praise and Worship for the believers’ life. As she has declared:

"My prayer is that people will be reminded that God’s love is deeper than we can imagine and that His plan for our life is that we be whole."

Lorraine has gone to places worldwide such as Central and South America, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and the United States sharing about her life experiences.  As a young adult, she had the opportunity to sing the Canadian and American national anthems before the start of a Blue Jays` baseball game at Toronto’s Rogers Centre (formerly known as the `SkyDome`). But ultimately, it was a trip to South America that prompted Lorraine to initiate a focus on writing worship music.

Lorraine has faced many trials throughout her personal journey, and believes God has allowed her to walk through the valley and receive the victory, in order to be a positive influence to others going through similar circumstances.  Her story is not only inspiring to many, but it truly proves that God is still God!

Lorraine’s passionate, enthusiastic and entertaining message - to both teach and encourage you to live a fulfilled life, by God’s grace – has motivated thousands across age, gender, and denominational lines.  She is now, and will continue to be a blessing to all that witness her heart for people and for God.
