About Lorraine

Lorraine Linton has been serving as the Worship Minister at her home church in Toronto, Ontario, for the past 33 years. Her passion for music and worship began early, singing in her local church choir at just 6 years old and writing songs by the age of 8.

As a Singer, Worship Leader, and Speaker, Lorraine is known for creating music that touches the heart of worshippers. In 2012, she released her debut album, "I Will Ever Sing...", a compilation of worship songs that reflect her deep connection to spirit-filled praise.

Now, Lorraine feels called to bring a new worship experience to her audience. She is inspired to revisit the powerful atmosphere of a live gospel recording and is eager to engage her audience with fresh, spirit-filled worship experiences that uplift and inspire.

FAITH. LOVE. POWER

These are just a few themes that Lorraine desires to communicate. Through her songs and leadership in the community she has a desire for people to know the Lord - The Giver of real life. Her passion is to bring God’s people into His presence so that they may experience a greater understanding of the power of Praise and Worship for the believers’ life. As she has declared:

"My prayer is that people will be reminded that God’s love is deeper than we can imagine and that His plan for our life is that we be whole."

Lorraine has gone to places worldwide such as Central and South America, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and the United States sharing about her life experiences.  As a young adult, she had the opportunity to sing the Canadian and American national anthems before the start of a Blue Jays` baseball game at Toronto’s Rogers Centre (formerly known as the `SkyDome`). But ultimately, it was a trip to South America that prompted Lorraine to initiate a focus on writing worship music.

Lorraine has faced many trials throughout her personal journey, and believes God has allowed her to walk through the valley and receive the victory, in order to be a positive influence to others going through similar circumstances.  Her story is not only inspiring to many, but it truly proves that God is still God!

Lorraine’s passionate, enthusiastic and entertaining message - to both teach and encourage you to live a fulfilled life, by God’s grace – has motivated thousands across age, gender, and denominational lines.  She is now, and will continue to be a blessing to all that witness her heart for people and for God.
